To access Survio's premium features, you need to purchase a subscription:
1. On the main page of your account, click the Upgrade button
2. In the price list, select the plan that suits you best - ELITE, BUSINESS, or PERSONAL, and choose a subscription length. You can select a monthly recurring, anually recurring, or a subscription that renews every two years.
3. Click Continue and you will be redirected to the storefront where you will fill in your name and select payment method. Click BUY NOW to complete your purchase.
Before you can finalize your purchase, you need to acknowledge that you are purchasing a recurring subscription.
If you wish to review your order before you complete it, simply press "Review your data".
You can also purchase a subscription on behalf of your company. Just click the corresponding option in the checkout page.
If you have selected an online payment method, you will be forwarded to the respective payment manager's interface to make an immediate payment.
For offline payment methods (e.g. bank transfer), the relevant payment information for setting up the payment order, generated by the system, will appear here. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation email, including all the payment information to submit your payment.
Warning: Please, keep in mind that in order to process your order properly and run the services in your Survio account, it is necessary that you set up the payment exactly according to the payment information generated by the system.
Warning: Premium services will become active as soon as the payment is credited to our payment processor’s account. For offline payment methods, however, you have to take into account that banks may take several business days to process your payment, so the services will be delayed by this time as well. If you are in a hurry, we recommend choosing an online payment method. In this case, the payment, and therefore the activation of the services is carried out almost immediately.
At the same time as the services take effect, you will receive an email with an invoice.
All your invoices can also be downloaded at any point in your Survio account in the “My Account” section, under the “Subscriptions & Billing” tab.
