The most common sign in problems are:
1. Wrong password.
If you forgot your password, renew your password.
Tip: The support team can send a link to your email that will allow you to change your password (valid for 2 hours), but we can not directly change the password for you.
2. Wrong e-mail.
If you are sure that your password is correct, there's a possibility that you made a typo in your e-mail address when registering. If you need to correct this please contact us and we'll help you out.
Tip: When contacting our customer support, always provide us with the URL (the address you send to your respondents) for any of your surveys. It will help us find your account faster and you will gain access to it much quicker.
