Click on Settings in the survey editor to access its settings menu.
Basic Settings:
Active toggle: Toggle on/off to control whether the survey is live and collecting responses.
Survey deadlines: Set a deadline for when your survey will automatically close for answer collection.
Survey language: Change the language of messages and buttons in the survey. This is useful if you need to distribute the survey in different countries.
Allow multiple submissions: Choose yes/no to allow or prevent respondents from submitting multiple responses.
Question auto scroll: Toggle on/off. If enabled, the survey will automatically jump to the next question once the previous one has been answered.
Return to previous questions: Toggle on/off. This setting determines whether respondents can go back and edit a previously answered question.
Question numbers: Show/hide question numbers in the survey.
Location of response storage server: Choose between EU/USA. This option is only available for Enterprise customers, with data stored in the EU by default.
Advanced settings (Accessible via the side menu):
Response notification by email: Toggle on/off to receive email notifications as responses come in.
Custom URL parameters: Add your own parameters to your survey’s URL, such as customer ID, order ID, etc.
Redirect respondents to a website: A premium feature that redirects all respondents to your e-shop, website, or blog after survey submission. Use this to offer discounts, say a personal thank you, or reward respondents for their time and effort.
Allow indexing: Requires a Pro Business subscription. Indexing is on by default.
