You can create an unlimited number of surveys with an unlimited number of questions. Free accounts can collect up to 100 responses per month, where 1 answer equals 1 submitted survey.
Tracking your limit:
You can check your current response limit and remaining answers by viewing the status bar on the left-hand side of the screen after logging in or by clicking the profile button in the top right corner.
How do the limits work?
The number of collected responses is counted across your entire account, not per survey. For example, if you have a monthly limit of 1000 responses, you could distribute the responses as follows:
1000 responses from one survey,
500 from two surveys,
250 from four surveys,
900 + 50 + 50 from three surveys, etc.
The limit counter resets on the first day of each new month.
What happens if you exceed the monthly response limit?
Survio saves all submitted answers, but you can only view the number of responses included in your plan. Your respondents won't know if you exceed the limit, and their answers will still be recorded.
If you go over the limit, you can upgrade to a paid or higher plan to gain immediate access to all responses.
Important: Responses collected beyond the free account limit are stored for 30 days. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan within that time, any responses over the 100-answer limit will be deleted. Survio is unable to recover deleted responses.
