Usage
The semantic differential scale measures respondents' attitudes and opinions toward a person, event, object, etc. It uses a set of bipolar adjectives, such as "cheap-expensive" or "good-bad," placed at opposite ends of a scale.
Analyzing results
Results can be evaluated using the average values across the scale. A frequency analysis of individual ratings can also be conducted. A bipolar graph can display how respondents generally rated along the continuum.
